COMMUNITY SAILING SCHOOL @ PISTAKEE
"Food for Thought"
Instructor Self-Reflection & Sailing School Evaluation
Welcome to our
Community Sailing School
survey. We value your input regarding your experiences as an instructor during the 2022 season. Your anonymous responses will hopefully benefit both you and the sailing school. The survey contains two sections.
Section One
is a self-reflection and evaluation about how you view yourself as an instructor. Please respond in an honest and professional manner, thinking about what are some of the things you feel you did well, and also thinking about areas where you might see room for improvement. Try to think about how you interacted with your fellow instructors and with your students. We hope that you will grow as an instructor through your own self-reflection and evaluation. It is often said that "looking at oneself in the mirror" truly shows who we are and how we act around others.
Section Two is meant to provide us with feedback about the sailing program. We value your personal opinion. We ask that you please share ways that you feel we can improve our sailing program. We encourage you to provide us with both positive and negative comments. Please think about the overall program in general and also about specific things that you are familiar with, such as the daily routines, activities and staff support.
We look forward to reading your anonymous survey responses as we plan for the 2023 sailing season. It is our hope and desire to make the coming season one of the best yet. We should be able to realize that goal with your ideas, hard work and support as dedicated instructors. We cannot do it without you! Thank you for being an integral part of our sailing
school
.
